Our 2 Days Desert Tour from Fes starts with a morning departure at 8 am. We set out on a scenic journey through the Middle Atlas, passing through Ifrane, regularly referred to as the Moroccan Switzerland. Our next stop is Azrou and the Cedar forest, domestic to the Barbary Macaques, the only ones of their kind living exterior of Asia. Then we proceed to Medilt, where we will have our lunch, before our drive towards the Erg Chebbi dunes. As we leave Medilt behind, the sub-Saharan territory steadily unfurls until we reach Merzouga, which is known as the « desert door. where we'll change our vehicle for camels to set out on a mesmerizing camel ride. The day concludes with a wonderful night in the tranquility of the desert. Supper and overnight remain inside the Erg Chebbi dunes highlighted with the live drum music by local Berbers, bonfire, and an exceptional night beneath the mesmerizing stars of Merzouga.

We start the second day of our short desert tour with an early wake-up call to witness the breathtaking sunrise atop the dunes, followed by a scenic camel ride back to the hotel. After a hearty breakfast with steaming hot coffee, we begin our journey back to Fes. And we will pause for a delightful lunch in the « capital of apples » Midelt. After that, Our route takes us once again through the picturesque Middle Atlas mountains, passing through Ifrane, before arriving in Fes by early evening.
