Your 3-day tour from Marrakech to the Merzouga Desert starts early tomorrow. We will travel through the majestic High Atlas Mountains. The Tizi n'Tichka pass has stunning views of valleys and remote Berber villages. They are on the mountainside.

Our first major stop is the ancient ksar of Aït Benhaddou. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous for its earthen architecture and its role in "Gladiator" and "Lawrence of Arabia."

You will have time to explore the maze-like streets and meet a local family. After a traditional Moroccan lunch, we will continue to the Dadès Gorge. We'll pass the Skoura oasis, known for its palm groves and historic kasbah.

As you near the Dades Valley, the landscape changes. You will see spectacular rock formations and deep gorges.

After breakfast, we head to the Todra Gorge, another natural wonder of Morocco. The region is famous for its majestic cliffs, which rise to 300 meters. You will have time to hike through the gorge, admire the views, and take some incredible photos.

Next, we head to the Sahara Desert. We pass through Tinjdad and Erfoud. Scientists know the latter for its fossils and as a gateway to the desert.

You will arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon. Then, prepare for the day's highlight: a camel ride through the central Erg Chebbi dunes. As you ride a camel through the rolling dunes, marvel at the changing colors of the dunes as the sun sets.

You will find a traditional Berber camp at your destination. You will receive a warm welcome there. Enjoy a tasty Moroccan dinner. Then, enjoy music by the campfire. As night falls, relax under the stars, away from the lights of civilization.

Rise early to witness one of the most spectacular sights in the desert: the sunrise over the Sahara. The light spreads across the dunes at a gentle pace. It casts a golden hue. This makes for perfect photos and a peaceful start to your day.

After breakfast at the camp, we begin our journey back to Marrakech. We'll pass through the Draa Valley, the longest river valley in Morocco. It has date palms and ancient kasbahs. We'll stop in Ouarzazate, the "Gateway to the Sahara." It's known for its film studios and the Kasbah Taourirt. Enjoy a relaxed lunch. Then, we'll drive over the High Atlas Mountains. We will arrive in Marrakech by early evening.

This 3-day desert tour ends with a drop-off at your Marrakech hotel or a central location. You'll have unforgettable memories of your Moroccan desert adventure.
